The first in 'The Woodlands' series is 'The Owl'. This Owl is largely based upon the Spectacled Owl (native of Central and South America) for it's dark eyes surrounded by white feathers which gives it the look of wisdom and ferocity.
The Woodlands series is to insinuate the evil that can often surround and enter woodlands, especially in these dark times where our woodlands are in danger.
'The Owl' was hand drawn in ink and then reproduced on a quality black digital printer.
For each poster sold, £1 will be donated towards the Woodland Trust
